Katia Jundi


Katia Jundi hails from the publishing and media industry where she has worked on and launched some of the leading magazines in the Middle East namely: Arabian Business, Ahlan, L’Officiel, Grazia and Arabian Watches and Jewellery.

In addition to her work experience working on luxury magazines she has also worked on daily UAE based newspapers Emarat AL Youm, and the ARN radio channels and finally MTV Arabia through her business development role at Arab Media Group.

Social media today is a growing enterprise and since 2015, Katia has launched her Instagram page @katsbling with a steady and increasing viewership.

Katia’s expertise is mostly in communicating luxury brands requirements through producing quality content for her discerning audience.

Oula Ghawi


Oula began her media career as a political and business news anchor and show presenter in CNBC Arabia hosting several shows ranging from real estate to business and politics. She moderated prominent events in the region and interviewed global key figures throughout her professional journey. In 2012 she started her content platform « OG Media Services » that provides copywriting and content creation.
She’s currently preparing a new tv show related to women that will see the light in 2022.

Man Muktan


Man has been working in the IT industry and CG for more than 10 years and his portfolio includes several TV commercials, Feature films and many projects in 3D animations as well as designing webs and applications for the European and GCC market. He’s currently the managing director of EDC Motion Singapore & Laser Infotech.

Kunal P. Khemka, watch collector and contributing editor

Kunal is an entrepreneur and businessman, whose passion for mechanical objects including planes and automobiles started at a very early age. He grew up in a family known for its love for horology in India, and mastered the art of the industry by his watch-loving Uncle. Over the years, as he pursued his studies and work abroad, he gained extensive exposure to various watch brands as well as online forums and print media that deepened his knowledge and love for horology.
He moved to Singapore in 2014, a country renowned as a watch and luxury haven, which was a significant turning point in Kunal’s life. There, he got to know the wonders of German horology, especially A. Lange and Sohne, as well as the magic of independent watchmaking among others. For him, passion for horology is first and foremost related to people, and watches are a combination of tradition, Micro-engineering, physics, astronomy, music, art, precious stones, social status, fun, and ultimately an object of desire and permanence that outlives its owner. An avid watch collector, he shares his passion for horology on Instagram (@khemkakunal) and his watch articles are published on various international platforms.

Mariam Yasin

Mariam has over 15 years of branding, marketing and entrepreneurial experience – with a focus on social media and content production. From luxury brands, to start ups, to e-commerce giants, she’s worked with some of the most renown brands in the region and internationally.
She is the founder of the natural beauty and wellness platform @Itsmariamyasin on Youtube and Instagram.

James Dowling, contributing writer

James Dowling is an avid collector with a passion for horology. His fascination with watches began more than four decades ago, and collecting and trading timepieces has earned him the sobriquet ‘Mr Rolex’.

This deep dive into the intricacies of timepieces has not only honed his discerning eye for quality and craftsmanship but also fostered a profound appreciation for the creativity and innovation inherent in watchmaking and its history. With each acquisition and transaction, James’s knowledge and expertise in the realm of watches grew, solidifying his reputation as a seasoned collector and connoisseur in the horological community, with a passion for research and a dedication to spreading the results of his research as widely as possible.

His areas of interest are vintage and military timepieces, and he is acknowledged as an authority on Rolex within the industry. He has been a moderator of several online watch forums and has written on watches and collecting for magazines and newspapers on every continent except South America and Antarctica. He gave the 1999 Dingwall Beloe, Worshipful Company of Clockmakers Lecture at the British Museum, is a Member of the Academy of the Grand Prix d’Horlogerie de Genève and is a member of the committee of both the 2023/24 and 2024/25 Louis Vuitton Prizes for Independent Watchmaking.
